Handcrafted coffee and light bites in two relaxed corners of Pushkar — a favourite stop for travellers and locals alike, right as the desert light turns gold.
Tucked away on Sunset Road, One Coffee Down started as a small, air-conditioned café built for slow mornings and unhurried afternoons — proper espresso, a calm room, and good WiFi for whenever you need to get some work done.
The same idea, in a second room: Chapter 2 opened on Panchkund Road for the days you're on the other side of town, with the same cups, the same care, and the same easy pace.
We roast our attention on every cup, keep the menu honest, and welcome pilgrims, backpackers, and neighbours the same way at both spots: like old friends dropping by.
Eleven frames from the room — the rest is better seen over a cup than scrolled.
Same cup, two rooms — pick whichever's closer, or make a loop of both.
